Paddle Ohio

The purpose of Paddle Ohio is to promote paddling in Ohio and to raise awareness on the importance of protecting Ohio’s highest quality rivers and streams. Waterways included in the program are state-designated wild, scenic and recreational rivers; state-designated water trails; and select state park lakes that offer ideal conditions for learning how to paddle.

Paddle on an eligible waterway, and you are part of the Paddle Ohio program.

Paddle four different eligible waterways and submit your paddle reports, and we will send you a pin.

Participants can earn up to 5 different pins starting with the 4 Rivers pin and celebrating milestones up to the 20 Rivers pin   which includes a Master Paddler Certificate of Completion. To qualify, submissions must be for different eligible waterways. Repeat submissions of the same waterway on different dates will not be counted towards pin progress.
