The Ohio General Assembly passed a law (R.C. 121.95) that requires ODNR to create an inventory of its regulatory restrictions and post that inventory to its website.
ODNR has identified rules with one or more regulatory restrictions that require or prohibit an action and prepared a base inventory of the regulatory restrictions. Rules that include the words "shall," "must," "require," "shall not," "may not," and "prohibit" are be considered to contain regulatory restrictions by law, subject to certain exceptions.
